Studies report that Horny Goat Weed boosts libido, improves erectile function, and helps to alleviate menopausal discomfort.

Angelica sinensis: Dong quai is sometimes called "female ginseng" and has been used for more than as a tonic to regulate hormone levels which are the main cause of menstrual and menopausal problems. It was also used as a blood tonic to nourish the blood and boost circulation.

Panax quinquefolius: Canadian Ginseng is the most potent of all cultivated ginseng, known for its wonderful restorative and tonic. It has been called "the elixir of life". It is an adoptagen that helps relieve stress, increase energy, improve immune function, and lowers blood glucose level.
